Ruth Wilson holds a master's degree in education, is a board certified educational therapist, and the founder of Huma Education Services, LLC and Brightmont Academy.  She has served as a board member for multiple non-profits, including the International Dyslexia Association and Robert Chinn Foundation. 

A recognized expert in both education and business, Ruth has been featured by FemFounder and USA Weekly, and was a guest blogger for EdChoice and TeenLife.   

Huma Education Services, LLC is a private consulting firm dedicated to providing support to college students, helping them to overcome the academic, social, emotional, and financial barriers that can cause students to leave before earning a degree.

Brightmont Academy is a fully-accredited private school for students in grades 6-12 that uses a one-to-one instruction approach exclusively.  Through this innovative model, over 4,000 students have experienced success and earned a high school diploma since its inception in 1999. The program has scaled and replicated to four states (AZ, MI, MN, and WA), currently operating a total of 12 campuses with additional expansion planned for CO.
